Helpful answers about services, consultations, and the wellness experience.

Consultation Process Explained

We understand that beginning a wellness journey can come with questions. The answers below are designed to help you better understand Christian Health Wellness, our faith-centered approach, and what to expect before reaching out.

What is Christian Health Wellness?

Christian Health Wellness provides faith-centered guidance and support for whole-person wellness—spirit, mind, and body. Our services include spiritual guidance and pastoral counseling, nutrition guidance, fitness guidance, and integrated wellness support.

Do I need to be a Christian to receive services?

No. Christian Health Wellness welcomes individuals at every stage of their faith journey, whether they are seeking to strengthen an existing spiritual foundation or explore faith for the first time. Our services are provided with compassion, respect, and a non-judgmental heart.

What happens during the initial wellness consultation?

The initial wellness consultation gives us the opportunity to learn more about your needs, goals, faith journey, lifestyle habits, and areas where you desire support. From there, Christian Health Wellness can recommend the service or combination of services that best fits your unique wellness journey.

Do I choose my service, or will one be recommended?

Every client begins with an initial consultation. After that conversation, we will recommend the service or combination of services that may best support your needs. This may include spiritual guidance and pastoral counseling, nutrition guidance, fitness guidance, or integrated wellness guidance.

Is clinical pastoral counseling the same as licensed mental health counseling?

No. Clinical pastoral counseling at Christian Health Wellness is offered from a faith-based pastoral care perspective. It is not licensed mental health counseling and is not a substitute for medical care, licensed therapy, crisis care, or emergency services.

What kind of nutrition guidance do you provide?

Nutrition guidance includes practical support for healthier choices, habit-building, and understanding nutrients and the value they provide. Our goal is to help clients make nourishing choices that support overall wellness, consistency, and long-term health goals.

Do fitness services require a gym?

No. Fitness guidance can be adapted to the space, resources, and comfort level available to each client. Guidance may support movement, strength-building, toning, consistency, and personal discipline at home, in a gym, or outdoors in a park.

What is integrated wellness guidance?

Integrated wellness guidance brings together spiritual support, nutrition guidance, guided fitness action, encouragement, and support into one personalized path. This may be recommended when a client would benefit from a connected approach to spirit, mind, and body.
